It is made in two pieces: base and lid. The lid has the words "in" and "out" printed to distinguish the amplifier terminals once closed. "G" letter is my signature (if you don´t mind...)
Designed to use any M2.5x10 flathead screw. Two side tabs with 3 mm. holes allows to fix it on any surface,
Be carefull when inserting the electronic part, inside fitting is extremely tight (exact). Don't force the circuit board, you will probably need to slightly trim four tiny bulges on the circuit board rim.
