All services go through a quick moderation process. Commonly, it takes no longer than a day. You can monitor the status of moderation in your Services tab.
Another reason for your service missing from the list can be the moderation status of your company. If your business was rejected, this will lead to all Services and Equipment being hidden from widgets and catalogs.
