Product took a while, but communication about why was really good; it's not supposed to be norm and I was also compensated.
As for the actual product quality! actually very great. details are fine and any concerns for potential issues with printing were addressed and the print came out great. Also, they included an extra part which I found a very simple but nice gesture.
