Clear and effective communication. Expectations on print quality were largely met, as was post-processing with adjustments where I wanted and how I wanted. Job deadlines were not met, but at Christmas time everything was processed very quickly. 5 stars in speed is a moral duty to your work in the holiday season. Thank you.
