As a Nintendo and Super Mario Bros.'s fan, I create this by editing the lid from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2389588 to become the
wrap tube (or pipe)

I also designed an extension, the middle pipe that can be screw between the lid and the base to make the pipe look taller.
Remember to use supports for the middle pipe and the lid.
