...Show more those from BrandonW6's model, but his drone is 25% bigger than mine and I never saved them at the correct scale. The files have been replaced with the right sizes. Let's hope this is the last mistake!
EDIT April 15, 2016: Special thanks to NoLiver92 for noticing that the part "My Linkage v4_fixed.STL" was not scaled properly. I have removed this part and replaced it with "Linkage v4.STL" which should be at the same scale as the rest of the model. (Also updated instructions to reflect this filename change.) Sorry for the mistake!

This is my take on a replica of the awesome drones from the film (sorry, it doesn't come with sound effects!)
Special thanks to BrandonW6 for allowing me to reuse his model for the guns (if it ain't broke don't fix it, right?) and for inspiring me to attempt my most challenging CAD modeling project to date.

Note: Please excuse the triangular wedges on "Linkage v4". They are too thin to slice and print and are just an artifact of the "loft feature" I used when making the model. You can see in the actual parts that this wedge does not print out.
The front and back half pieces have holes for a bit of spare filament to use for alignment and to better hold the glue. I simply used White Elmer's Glue-All (PVA glue) to hold the parts together. You could also use cyanoacrylate (super glue).
