and 21 mm in the middle should fit as well, you can of course scale the model to your wishes.
I recommend to print this in a flexible material, but plain PLA or ABS should do fine as well.
Next to the regular model, a second file is included for use with Slic3r that contains some internal structures in an attempt to circumvent issue [1815](https://github.com/alexrj/Slic3r/issues/1815) until it is fixed.
