Model Description
I always wanted to have one.

Printed in 3 layers (0.1mm a layer), opened Maxell UR cassette, then super-glued the reels to the original white cassette hub. Put...Show more all back in. Rewind the cassette so it will just fill the hub I made. Cut, there, unwind the rest of the tape to the floor until the white dummy tape of the other hub peaks out and then I reglued it, back - I reused the same glue tape that was already in, I could just pull it off the tape. But you can clearly use scotch tape and cut it to size. Opened again, glued the reels on the second hub. Put all back again ... Whoa.

Yes it works.... I showed it to my daughter, she asked " But why?".

Looking at it and thinking of the time I spent fiddling with it... I know what she mean. Why indeed?

But hey some people charge arm and leg on ebay for it.

I have few more designs of the spools, maybe I'll post them later.

Note: You will have to cut a good portion of the tape from the original length so it will only fill the full width (or is it length?) of one spool. Instead of C90 now you have fantastic C50.
