The bar is two inches in diameter, eight inches wide and the top of the bar is twelve inches above the base. The base is six inches by three and a half inches.
--- Printing ---
1) Print the base upside down. No supports necessary.
2) Print the extension standing up with the necked down portion at the top. Print with 100% infill. No supports necessary.
3) Print the T-bar on the flat backside. Suggest printing with 10% infill. Supports are necessary only where it necks down to fit into the extension during assembly.
--- Assembly ---
1) The parts have been designed with lead-in chamfers to ease alignment during assembly.
2) This has been designed with a tight slip fit. It should slide together easily and not come apart without force. Glue is unnecessary but can be used to make the assembly permanent.
3) Once the small amount of support has been removed from the T-bar it will slide into the extension piece with minimal support.
4) The above two pieces slide into the base.
