Hello!

I decided to design a wallet that would only be a single print and not...Show more require any glue.
It works with a tight toleranced zipper on both sides, and a clamping closing mechanism at the top.

If one chooses to change the filament color half way through the print, one can get really cool color combinations!

Next week i'll release a coin purse and a smaller wallet.
The week after that ill release an "inside out" version of all the wallets that should give a really nice look from the outside.

-New sizes released! -Smallest, small, and medium;

-Removed Prototype from the files, since its now available as a full release

Sadly i had to go out of town this week and i did not have the possibility to finish and validate the "Lighter pouch" and smaller wallet design.
However, to drench the thirst of people wanting a smaller wallet, I have uploaded a PROTOTYPE Lighter Pouch! This model has not yet been printed by me, but should be 100% printable and should go together without issues. The prototype might have issues with the closing mechanism, (this has been observed in earlier prototypes).

The Prototype design has thicker linkages, and more flexible locking mechanism.

Check out Caedo's Zipper sizer tool to be able to easily dial in the correct amount of "Horizontal expansion compensation" / "X-Y compensation"!

Printer:
Ender 3

Rafts:
No

Supports:
No

Resolution:
0.2

Infill:
20%

Notes:
If you are having adhesion issues, try printing the first layer a lot slower than what you usually would print for smaller models.

Depending on your printer, you might want to use some negative horizontal expansion compensation . I used -0.07mm
