The models were repaired and checked for printability.

I inherited an old Replicator that'd been stuck in a box. After updating...Show more firmware and printing whpthomas's amazing extruder upgrade I started printing. I swap out filament quite a bit and noticed the tell tale 'thunk-thunk-thunk' of a stepstruder trying to push filament through and not getting it done for one reason or another after a bit. So, I made this. After I made this, I found others had made similar things. I was humbled by the cool stuff I found out there.

This one's mine, I have 50ish hours of print time on this set up without a slip or 'thunk-thunk-thunk' once calibrated. I'm sure there are better, more sophisticated, sleeker designs, but, so far, this is working.

Happy printing!
