Ordered a small custom mount for a laptop docking station. The part printed worked exactly as I intended it to. The holes were clean and lined up with the measurements I'd made on the dock. I'm incredibly happy with the purchase!

The product is working well so far. The pieces were roughly finished, and they required a couple hours of sanding before I could fit everything together. But, for $24, you won't hear me complain. That said, I would easily pay an additional $10 for a cleanly finished or sanded product. Thanks again, and I'll be sure to use you for my future printing needs. I've also included a photo of the finished product for your curiosity. Its a modification for the clutch pedal on a Logitech sim racing pedal system. This mod makes the pedal "degressive"; in other words, makes it feel like a real clutch.

The first manufacturer was unable to complete the print at all. Modern Blacksmith was able to complete it. The part was very large (8 inch diameter hemisphere) and complex (with 24 integral special features). Modern Blacksmith did an adequate job of keeping me updated about how long it would take to complete the work, although it did take a month to receive the part. The part was in PETG, which can be especially hard to print without all kinds of whiskers and cotton candy like filaments. And the shapes required lots of support material. But Modern Blacksmith did a really good job of cleaning up all those problems in the final print that they sent us. Good attention to Quality!
