This a weighted poker card capper. It is placed on your hole cards during a hand
...Show more to make sure they are not accidentally folded. The base is designed with the same diameter (39mm) as a standard size poker chip so this will stack perfectly on your chips when not in use.
This design is the Aston Villa FC lion logo standing on a ball. The base has "AVFC" text on both sides.
--- Printing ---
1) Print the Lion facing left, so no support material is required. The tabs are only flush with one side to minimize their visibility after assembly.
2) For 2 color base: I only have a single extruder so I set the print to pause at a height of 13.0mm. This allowed me to change to a different color filament for the ball and text on the base.
3) I printed the holder (upside down) and base with line support material spaced at 4.5mm.
--- Assembly ---
1) The holder is designed to have 4 nickels placed inside of it as ballast prior to assembly.
2) The three pieces will slide/snap together.
3) Super glue or another adhesive isn't necessary, but I use a few drops to guarantee it never comes apart.
