R2D2 foot for the 3d print full size build. Watch out for captive nuts. 8MM bar for...Show more the hinge and 3mm bar for the leg bar (used for 2-3-2 to keep the foot stable in upright). As always, I'm building and sharing as I design so please let me know if you face any issues. The Leg rod is also included in these files, a rod which connects the 6mm fixed bar to the foot to ensure it stands upright and moves to the 18 degree position. Please note the end of the rod is attached once it's fitted using 3mm 40mm bolts and captive nuts which need adding as you glue. The rod is critical to stability and should be printed above 90% infill for strength. I printed mine layer .30, 6 shells and 100% infill. One bar per leg is needed (only posted the right foot and right bar, left one coming soon). The bar attaches to the front fixed 6mm bar in the leg near the shoulder. You'll need some of these also. sourcingmap M3x40mm Hex Socket Head Knurled Cap Screws Bolts Nuts Set 50Pcs

The Leg, body and Feet go to 18 degree angle (total 36 degree leg swing), I wanted to test how solid the leg bar could hold the feet. Can stand up without support also on 2 leg mode with a little flex. Overall delighted. Now to automate the whole thing....
