About 3D Printing in Hong Kong

I started the business because I enjoy making different toys and models to put on my desk. Although there are many cool looking models on the market, I want to create my own toys essentially. When I started, I found it is difficult for me to understand the basics of creating toys. I spent a lot of time and effort looking for the resource until I can finish my first toy. One of the hardest part for me in making the toys at the beginning is the lack of handcrafting skill. I discovered 3D printing, but it is not as popular back in the time; I spent a fortune to complete the project.

Here is my design philosophy and some basic information.

I am a designer that lives in the buzzing metropolis of Hong Kong. My design emphasizes a problem-solving approach via user research. My belief is that details are not only details, instead, but they also fulfil the design. I graduated from California State University, Long Beach in BA Design; (Specialized in Product Design) and a Master of Science from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Multimedia and Entertainment Technology. I worked as a product designer in Jetta Company Limited, one of the world's leading toy and electronics product manufacturing company. Part of my role is to test and push the limit of the 3D printer and fully understand the capability of it.
