Printed upside down. Slow shipping. Poor communication. Completely fused cable channel. Would not work with again.

Response: Actually the picture is not the item FINAL print. My reply does not allow posting pictures but the final product was printed the other direction as requested as a model does not have an up or down in this case but I did print twice and sent both products just in case they prefered one over the other. The real complaint of this customer was that he wanted a reprint because when recieved there was some small remanent of the supports that were still attached and they assumed that was a reason for me to print a third time.

Won't order here again. 2 figures are broken / missing parts and appear to have broken before shipping. The parts are not in the box and they show as whole in their photo. They asked me about another break and included reprints on supports which I appreciate but it will take some work to clean them up. Not worth the fight to get reprints. Will go back to my usual supplier.

Response: So I see the picture I sent is shows no damage. Not sure how its determined broken before shipping. USPS and all carriers don't always respect senders request to handle with care that is why I can offer a reprint.

Prints came on the exact date stated, unfortunately, some of the finer details broke off. A reasonable expectation for such a delicate product.

Made exactly as specified. It was here fast. The manufacturer was great to deal with.
