Communication was outstanding with this shop. Often my messages would receive a response within the hour, if not sooner. Given the complexity of the build and the need for custom printer settings, this allowed production to begin with minimal delay.
Printing itself took no longer than a couple days, and shipping by mail saw the product directly to my door, whereas I would have been forced to drive into the nearest city had it been through FedEx or UPS. The convenience was worth far more than the delay.
The product was outstanding. Fine details were preserved and printing strata minimal. Parts were essentially ready for assembly right out of the box.
I will be contacting this shop for more work. 5 Stars.
The greatest impact on my experience was the immediate communication from the supplier. I was able to send over the STL designer recommended settings and have production started within 24hrs of placing the order. Communication was frequent and timely throughout the process which had a very positive effect on my side.
The products were amazingly fine and clean, with minimal cleanup required, essentially ready for assembly out of the box.

I received extremely quick responses from Grapha when I contacted them and the provided detailed and helpful responses. Printing started not too long after submitting the order and the prints were carefully packaged. The quality of the prints were amazing and surpassed my expectations. Will 100% be sending all future prints to Grapha and highly recommend to anyone considering on using them.
