In addition to 3D printing I have an extensive backround in sculptural processes and mediums. A lot of times 3D prints are incredible for rapid prototyping but the filament material isn't best for a finished product. Also for reproduction purposes of greater quantities 3D printing is the start but not a way to produce efficient larger numbers of a product. That is where silicone mold making and casting comes into play. I offer custom mold making services that will take your design from digital to print, and then to flexible silicon mold (takes negative impression of object) which can then be used countless times over to reproduce your item in a variety of materials. I can just create the molds for you to then do your own casting or I can also do resin casting production runs for you. Resin is a great fast curing and very strong materials and different version can have beneficial properties such as high impact or heat resistance. Resin can also be tinted different colors in order to eliminate reduce painting needs. Base pricing for mold making is $100 which covers a basic 3D print and single silicone mold of said print. Complex or larger prints will be quoted accordingly. Produciton runs are another edition that will be quoted to specifications of the desired run. Take your idea from concept to creation!
