My experience with Phoenyx Manufacturing has been great! I asked for a graduation cap cookie cutter and they came through. The cutter is high quality, looks great, and communication was easy and helpful. I would definitely recommend Phoenyx Manufacturing. So excited to use my cookie cutter!
