Order arrived with supports not removed. I believe I pay enough to not have to do this myself. There's always a risk of breaking something and I have no ability to reprint. Otherwise - great quality, timely service.

I'm a 3D printing newbie, and Bob was a big help, with excellent comms from the off. The turnaround was ridiculous, the quality of what I wanted spot on, and I'll be buying all of my 3D prints here in future. Micronus = 10/10 for me.
