About M.R. Print

M.R. Print delivers reliable, dimensionally accurate parts at a fair price. We run two matched, enclosed Voron 2.4 printers tuned for ABS/ASA and high-quality PETG/PLA. Filament is dried before printing and every job gets a quick visual QC. Typical same-day response.

What to expect:
±0.20 mm under 100 mm (±0.30 mm larger);
caliper spot-checks when you supply critical dimensions;
heated chamber to reduce warp on ABS/ASA;
light support removal and edge cleanup included.

Defaults (customizable):
0.20 mm layer height (0.12–0.32 by request);
3 perimeters; 5–7 top/bottom layers (~1.0–1.4 mm at 0.20);
20% cubic/gyroid infill;
nozzles 0.25 / 0.40 (standard) / 0.60 / 0.80;
materials stocked: ABS/ASA, PETG, PLA.

File and ordering:
Upload STL or 3MF in millimeters and note any critical dimensions and desired fit (press, slip, clearance).
Recommended minimum wall: 1.2 mm. Small holes can print undersized—tell us if you need ream/clearance.
We may adjust orientation/supports for strength and finish.

Policies:
Free reprint for manufacturing defects. Design changes may have an additional charge.

Other services:
CO2 laser cutting/engraving up to 300 × 200 mm (acrylic, plywood, card, leather; anodized-aluminum marking).
