Why may the manufacturer I had chosen be changed by Treatstock?

After you have placed an order with a manufacturer, they have the option to accept or decline. If the manufacturer you had chosen either declines your order, fails to accept within 24 hours (we may re-offer the order to the same manufacturer in this case), or encounters issues with the order, Treatstock may change the manufacturer to ensure your order is completed.

Please note that this is optional and if you do not want the manufacturer to be changed by Treatstock, please leave a comment that you do not wish for the manufacturer to be changed before proceeding to checkout. Therefore, if the manufacturer cannot produce your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
