What are the return policies?

Treatstock allows the customer to cancel their order and will return money in full only before the manufacturing process has begun for the order. After the manufacturing process has commenced, the customer can no longer cancel their order. Since each order and the products therein are custom made, we will refund money only in the case of fault or defect of the manufactured products, or in case of non-delivery of the order within a reasonable time. 

After receiving the manufactured products and prior to using it, the customer must ensure its quality and that it meets order specifications. In the event that the quality or specifications are not met, the customer must immediately let us know and attach photos of the manufactured products and its original packaging. Treatstock will not refund any payments for manufactured products that have been used. The customer shall be ready to return the manufactured products, together with original packaging, if we ask to do so.
