You have the option to send a message to any other user on the site, just as they have the option also. Go to your avatar and click Messages to view your recent dialogues. If you want to send a new message to a user, click on Personal Messages. If you need assistance from our support team, select Support team. Then, click on New message and enter the username of the intended recipient, subject or topic, your message, attach files if you like, and click Send.
If you want to contact the manufacturer or the customer regarding an existing order you both are working on, you can also reach them in the order chat. Depending on if you are the customer or the supplier, it would be located in your Sales or Purchases tabs in your dashboard.
